Welcome to the English website of Erasmus School of Law. 

If you are looking for high-quality education that provides you with the theoretical as well as the practical knowledge necessary to operate in and to understand the global environment in which law is functioning nowadays, I am pleased to invite you to learn more about our programmes.

As well as providing instruction, 40 professors, 10 associate professors, 24 senior university lecturers, 58 university lecturers, and 36 doctoral students conduct scientific studies within six research programmes. Science and practical training go hand-in-hand: for example, at the Erasmus Institute Monitoring & Compliance (EIMC). 

Our global reputation for teaching (Erasmus School of Law scores high on "academic staff" in the International Student Barometer) and research (6th place in SSRN ranking Top International Law Schools) attracts talented people representing over 45 nationalities. Students will attend class with people from many different legal cultures, and thus enjoy a meaningful and enriching experience.
