Accommodation
It has been some time that I have sent in my Accommodation Request Form (ARF) and I have not received notice about accommodation.
Because of the large number of students coming in, especially for the first semester, it usually takes some time for our housing officers to accommodate everyone. They will place students on a first-come, first-get basis. As soon as they have found you a room the housing desk will e-mail the letter of reservation to you. If our housing desk can not place you, we will inform you as soon as possible, so you can make your own arrangements. But until then, no news means our housing officers are busy assigning you a room. back to top

Visa
Do I enhance my chances of my visa being issued in time if I start visa procedures both at the embassy and through the international office?
We strongly advice you not do so. When two visa application procedures run simultaneously on behalf of the same person, both procedures will be cancelled for further investigation by the Immigration Services. Please do not apply for your visa yourself. back to top
