It has been some time that I have sent in my Accommodation Request Form (ARF) and I have not received notice about accommodation.

Because of the large number of students coming in, especially for the first semester, it usually takes some time for our housing officers to accommodate everyone. They will place students on a first-come, first-get basis. As soon as they have found you a room the housing desk will e-mail the letter of reservation to you. If our housing desk can not place you, we will inform you as soon as possible, so you can make your own arrangements. But until then, no news means our housing officers are busy assigning you a room.
