Rotterdam Law Network

Introduction

 

 

The Rotterdam Law Network, established by Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1995, started as a small network and grew into a network of more than 30 universities over the years. Law schools from almost all EU member states, candidate member states, EEA countries are represented in this unique, multidisciplinary network: deans, professors, staff from international offices attend the annual meeting.

Erasmus School of Law (Erasmus University Rotterdam) is coordinator of this network. Activities of the network include:

  • student exchange
  • teaching staff exchange
  • (Administrative) staff mobility
  • annual meeting/seminar

News

The 2017 network meeting is provisionally scheduled from Thursday 20 until Saturday 22 April 2017 and will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

The 2016 network meeting was held from Tuesday 7 until and including Saturday 9 April. Host of of this meeting was the University of Konstanz in Konstanz, Germany.

Annual Meeting

Each year the Rotterdam Law Network will hold an annual meeting in which a central theme related to the internationalisation of higher education is discussed also the current cooperation among the members is addressed.

ECTS grading table

In order to facilitate grade transfer by means of exchange of transcripts of home and host institutions and vice versa, all RLN partner schools have submitted their translation of their local grades into ECTS grades. The ECTS grading table can be consulted here
