“The Constitutionalization of Private Regulators: Understanding the Role of Private Law“

Paul Verbruggen was appointed as Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil Law at the Radboud University between 2012-2016. Since September 2016, he is Assistant Professor at the Department of Private Law and Research Coordinator of the Tailor Institute for Private Law (TIP).  For four years he has focussed as a researcher within the Veniproject “The Constitutionalization or private regulation” on the liaibility of private authorities for their regulatory activities, including standardization, monitoring and sanctioning. 

In his lecture, Paul Verbruggen will discuss the topic, “The constitutionalization of private regulators: Understanding the role of private law”.

The guest lecture is open to all who are interested and free of charge. However, advance registration is required via info.bact@law.eur.nl.
